Lost or Stolen Packages

RoyalPet is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are marked as delivered by the carrier.


Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
We are not liable for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.


Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.
We will review the case and provide a solution.
